Founder & Managing Partner

Mr. Pankaj Jain is the Founder and Managing Partner of PDJ Legal. He obtained his law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai and was enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in 2005.

He has over 19 years of experience representing clients in matters such as Customs, GST, PMLA, IPC and Real Estate, and practises in all courts as well as judicial forums such as the DRT, DRAT and NCLT.

Mr. Jain is known for his ability to quickly grasp complex legal and technical issues and to devise effective legal solutions. His clients include corporates and firms as well as individuals requiring representation in high-profile matters.

Adv. Tejashree Kamble

Ms. Tejashree Kamble obtained her law degree from the University of Mumbai and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

She has wide experience representing clients before the Sessions Courts and the High Court in criminal and civil matters, and looks after the criminal litigation of the firm.

Adv. Amit Sampat

Mr. Amit Sampat is a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

He represents clients in criminal matters and white-collar crimes, and handles disputes in family courts, testamentary matters and service matters.

He also appears before consumer forums and tribunals such as the MACT and the District and State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions.
